International Development

What if business development started with understanding before selling?

For several months, Connecting Resilience has been building a network designed to connect selected French companies with international business partners.

This work has led us to a simple conviction: a good product is not enough to succeed in a new market.

Before trying to sell, you first need to understand.

Understand the market, its players, its practices, its distribution channels, its constraints and its risks. Above all, understand what partners and their customers are actually looking for.

That is why our approach combines economic intelligence, strategic analysis, opportunity qualification and the development of business networks.

Our first field discussions are already revealing very concrete expectations: high quality, know-how, authenticity, naturalness, manufacturing processes that respect the product, and the ability to meet real and recurring uses.

They are also leading us to explore several areas of French expertise in greater depth, including food and beverage, natural products, wines and spirits, and selected premium products.

Our method can ultimately be summed up simply:
Understand → Identify → Qualify → Connect → Test → Measure → Develop.

With one conviction guiding our work:
The first commercial success is not the first order. It is the second.
Because that is when you know the product has truly found its market.

Connecting Resilience is continuing to build these bridges between French know-how, market needs and international business partners, with one ambition: to turn information into decisions, decisions into relationships, and relationships into sustainable business development.
