2. Data collected

The contact form may collect: full name, organisation, position, project overview, description of your needs, email address and, optionally, telephone number. Technical data required for the operation and security of the website may also be processed, including IP address, browser information and technical logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data submitted through the form or by email is used to respond to your request, assess your project, prepare a potential contractual relationship and follow up on communications. Depending on the request, this processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your initiative or on Connecting Resilience’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and managing its relationships. Technical data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper operation of the website.

4. Recipients

Data is intended for Connecting Resilience and only for the technical service providers required for the operation of the website, hosting or email services. The website notably uses WordPress, Elementor and MetForm for its operation and contact form, as well as technical email services to deliver enquiries. Connecting Resilience does not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Retention period

Contact requests and related communications are retained while they are being processed and, for a prospecting relationship or a project that does not result in a contract, for no more than three years from the last contact initiated by the person concerned. Where a contractual relationship exists, certain information may be retained for longer in order to comply with legal, accounting or evidentiary obligations. Technical and email logs are retained for a limited period proportionate to security and diagnostic needs.

6. Cookies and trackers

The website may place cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, notably for WordPress and website language management through Polylang.

As of the date of this policy, no advertising audience measurement or behavioural profiling tool has been identified on the website. Strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent. If non-essential tools requiring consent were added, the cookie management mechanism and this policy would be updated accordingly.

7. Third-party services

Certain technical elements may load resources provided by third parties, including Google Fonts. External links, for example to LinkedIn, lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Security

Connecting Resilience implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

9. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and applicable French data protection law, you may, subject to the conditions laid down by law, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent.
