Connecting Resilience supports companies, institutions and organisations facing development, transformation or adaptation challenges.
Strategic intelligence, resilience, international development, transition management, conferences and training: different forms of intervention brought together by the same approach, grounded in understanding environments, experience of organisations and the search for practical solutions.

Connecting Resilience grew out of a professional career that has enabled Alain Maurice to work in very different environments, with both private and public-sector organisations.
First a lawyer in private and public business law, then a consultant and trainer for three years in management, organisation and communication, he supported teams and led projects for major private and public-sector clients.
His career then led him to take on responsibilities close to decision-making and to develop a consulting activity with executives and organisations.
These experiences progressively shaped a consistent way of working: quickly understanding an environment, identifying its key issues and stakeholders, creating the conditions for dialogue, and turning analysis into decisions and action.
This cross-disciplinary experience now forms the foundation of Connecting Resilience.

Every organisation has its own environment, constraints, stakeholders and culture. Connecting Resilience therefore favours an independent, pragmatic and tailored approach.
A mission may require a one-off strategic analysis, long-term support, the mobilisation of a network, direct intervention within the organisation or the transfer of methods to its teams.
LISTEN → UNDERSTAND → ANALYSE → PROPOSE → ACT
ADVISORY & STRATEGIC INTELLIGENCE
Understand an environment, identify risks and opportunities, and provide decision-makers with the insights they need to act.
DEVELOPMENT & NETWORKS
Identify opportunities, understand new markets and build the relationships needed to develop projects in France and internationally.
INTERIM MANAGEMENT
Temporarily join an organisation to lead a mission, support a transformation or take charge of a project requiring immediately operational experience, particularly in management, organisation, communication and development.
CONFERENCES & TRAINING
Share methods and frameworks for understanding complex issues, strengthening the skills and capacity to act of executives, managers and teams.
Connecting Resilience is deliberately agile and independent. Depending on the nature of the mission, it works directly with its clients and can mobilise the expertise and networks required to deliver it.
Its ambition is not to add complexity to organisations, but to help them better understand their environment, make the right decisions and develop the capabilities needed to implement them.
INDEPENDENCE · AGILITY · CONFIDENTIALITY · TAILORED APPROACH
Every mission begins with understanding your situation, your objectives and your environment.
